"This well laid out apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but a couple blocks from the tram. With a well equipped and laid out kitchen and a bedroom with sliding doors it's the perfect size for a visit to Sapporo. Note that the elevator starts on the second floor so some stairs will need to be negotiated to access. The property owner promptly and quickly answered any questions and was pleasant to work with. "The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."

"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"
