"真的非常不推薦這間民宿！房間空間小到連行李都很難打開，床也只是加大單人床卻要兩個人共睡，住宿舒適度非常差。更讓人傻眼的是民宿室內竟然設有監視器，入住前完全沒有清楚告知，對於住宿隱私來說真的非常扣分。我們一行十人入住六天，但民宿提供的基本備品（衛生紙、毛巾）明顯不足，最後還需要自己外出購買。洗衣機壞掉向民宿反映後也沒有任何處理，導致毛巾無法清洗。當時民宿表示可以使用倉庫的備用毛巾，結果退房後卻又向我們追討毛巾費用，前後說法完全不一致，讓人感覺非常不舒服另外退房時還被要求把房間恢復成剛入住的樣子，連玄關處有腳印也說我們弄髒，幾乎等於要房客自己打掃。花錢住宿卻要遵守這種規定，實在讓人很難理解。如果只是空間小或設備普通也就算了，但連基本服務與處理事情的方式都讓人失望。完全不會再考慮入住，也不會推薦任何朋友，其他旅客訂房務必三思請不要來"

"4박 5일 동안 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 매일 청소 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 호텔내 직원들 모두 상냥하고 잘 응대 해주셔서 아주 잘 쉬었습니다. 특히 오도리공원이 바로 앞이고, 스스키노도 바로 근처라 위치도 좋았고, 14층 대욕탕 또한 아주 좋았습니다. 감사합니다."

"The room was small. It was great having an washing machine/dryer in the room. I did laundry every night. It took 3-4 hours per load. I ended up doing laundry at night, so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this might not be an option. We stayed for 4 nights, so our room was not cleaned daily. We did get the garbage and towels changed daily."
