Great Location and Service
The hotel is located right next to the Kintetsu line and only a few minutes walk away from Nara Park with plenty of deers. Room is clean and staff are friendly!

Budget hotel in great location.
Very close to the rail station, and large temple complex, in the middle of the main shopping district. The rooms are ok in size, the bathroom is really small. Room was clean but stuffy.

A good hotel in central Nara
A nice, well locationed hotel. Hardly 15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was large and comfortable, lots of restaurants nearby, hardly 5 minutes from all the sightseeing areas.

Great location ! Room was clean and the staff were helpful. The only negative is that the hotel is old, run down and the wifi despite what the hotel might claim isn't useable... but despite this we had a present trip.

Wifi is dangerous, but great location
DONT'T use the wifi. The password is easily guessed, and so that maybe why there were virus and other security attacks on my computer. I immediately disconnected my smartphone from their system when I discovered this. This problem might be fixed when you get there, but from looking at the staff, I doubt they even know much about what wifi is. The room carpet was evil on my allergies and sinus. I guess they haven't shampooed it, or properly vacuumed it for so long. It could have been mould or dust, I'm not sure. The entrance is hidden behind older ladies fashion stores, and up on the 3rd floor, but it is in a fantastic location.

近鉄奈良駅のすぐ近くで周辺には飲食店やパンやさん、ドラッグストア、スーパーなどがありとても便利でした。連泊したので室内清掃の簡略化に協力したらうれしいお礼がありました。

シャワーと布団が最悪。それ以外は値段相応
以前利用したことがあり、駅　寺院へのアクセスと、食事のおいしさでまた利用しました。シャワーの角度が最悪だったのと、敷布団が薄すぎたので座布団をひかないと体が痛くなりそうだったのがよくない点です。あとは、このお値段の割には工夫していると思います。

フロントは夜10時で閉まるとのことで、事前に到着時間を確認する電話をいただきました。当日、到着がJR奈良駅に22時過ぎになることが分かったので電話したら、待っていてくれました。 部屋はコンパクトで出張用には便利と思います。近鉄奈良駅近くの商店街にあるので、観光・買い物・食事・夜のコンビニにも便利な立地でした。 夜は寝ているときにエアコンの風が気になりました。

ホテルの外観、フロントは新しく清潔感があって印象がいい反面、部屋は古いため、そのギャップが大きすぎる。 湯ぶねの掃除はしっかりとしておいてほしかったです。

Buen espacio para dos personas. Una decoración bastante tradicional japonesa y agradable. Correcta atención. Nos permitieron ingresar antes de la hora, un buen detalle. El desayuno fue aparte pero muy agradable. Es también estilo japonés.

便利と安さが○
和室に3人で3泊宿泊しました。 外観は綺麗だけれど、建物の中は古さがあり近くの部屋の戸の閉まる音が気になった。 掃除はちゃんとしてくれるものの、ユニットバスは少々古い汚れがあった。 しかし、駅からの近さと安さからすると目をつぶろうかなという程度。 スタッフの対応はとても良く、連泊ということで、掃除の時間はロビーで待っていると、優先的に早く終わらせてくれた。 スマホの充電器、加湿器、硬さの異なる枕の貸し出しもあり、利用させていただきました。 連泊の無い部屋をチェックアウト後にスタッフが掃除した後はチェックインの時間まで開け放っている為チラッと見えたが、洋室の部屋は和室より古さが感じないように思えた。 便利な立地と安さを考えて、また利用させていただくと思います。

21年ぶりに利用しました
近鉄奈良駅からも近く、周辺にお店も多いので便利です。 1階はレストラン、2階がフロント。部屋のｱﾒﾆﾃｨは歯ブラシとシャンプー類のみなので、チェックイン時にフロントで必要なｱﾒﾆﾃｨ（ｺｯﾄﾝ、ﾋｹﾞｿﾘ、ﾍｱﾌﾞﾗｼ）をもらえます。ﾂｲﾝの部屋は数が少ないのかもしれませんが、清潔で、十分な広さのお部屋でした。夜も静かです。 21年前に私達は結婚式の二次会をこのホテルの会場で行いました。改装されて当時とは雰囲気は変わっていますが、懐かしい思いがしました。 朝食付きのプランではなかったのでレストランは利用していませんが、軽い朝食がとれるコーヒーショップがすぐ近くにあり、猿沢池や奈良公園を歩いて散策することも出来ました。

近鉄奈良駅からすぐ近くにあり、周りにスーパーや飲食店があるので立地は申し分ないです。部屋は建物の外観ほど新しくありません。洗面台が小さく低い場所にあるのが難点でした。

便利さは最高です
近鉄奈良駅から歩いて1分なので、とても便利です。　商店、飲食店、コンビニも近くにあります。　ただ建物と内装が古いのでちょっと見劣りがします。部屋の広さから考えると価格設定が高めかな？　バスルームもちょっと狭めです。清掃は行き届いていますし、足りないアメニティはフロントで自由にもらえます。

這次住的是和室房，先講可以改進的地方，浴室有點太小了，而且要進出浴室有一個高約25~30cm的門檻落差，如果有行動不方便的小孩或老人，可能要多注意，除此之外都是優點： 1. 因為是和室雙人房外，一進門就已經鋪好兩人的床褥，但在壁櫥裡還有多準備兩床的寢具，對攜帶小孩旅遊的家庭來說可是超友善的，因為帶著小孩的夫妻來說，睡個好覺可是很奢侈，但住和室就有這種好處 2. 旅社地點位置"極"佳，於近鐵奈良站旁，斜對面就有Packet超市、文具店、附近還有Daiso、大國藥妝...等購物必去的店鋪 3. 旅社雖不附餐，但旁邊就是商店街，生活機能絕不是問題 4. 離春日大社、東大寺、奈良公園...等知名景點都在步行可達的距離內 如果有想要在奈良投宿的旅客，極力推薦。

とても便利な立地です。ホテルの建物は古いので、上の階の子供の走り回る音や廊下の話し声がちょっと気になりました。部屋は思っていたよりも広く、買ってきた夕飯を部屋で食べるのにも十分な広さでした。ホテル自体が古いので、扉の建付けが悪い等ありますが、掃除は行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。フロントは人手が足りないようで、待たされる事もありましたが、従業員の方は、明るくとても親切で感じが良かったです。Wi-Fiもきっちり繋がります。

就在商店街中心
三大兩小住的和室，兩個小朋友ㄧ進房就開心的不得了！當天快到午夜才到飯店，櫃檯的伯伯態度也很好，速度很快的就辦理好入住。家人也都是第一次住傳統和室，滿有新鮮感，床鋪其實也沒有想像中硬，很舒服。有機會再到奈良會再次選擇下榻的地方！

駅近で奈良観光に便利
近鉄奈良駅に近く、周辺にお店も色々あり便利です。建物は古くビジネスホテルのような感じですが、ロビーなどは綺麗でくつろげるスペースもあります。友達と二人で観光用の滞在だったので、バス・トイレ付き、シングルベッド２台でこの料金はありがたいです。Hotels.comの予約メールには、「この施設にはフロントデスクがありません。事前に施設までご連絡のうえ、チェックインをご手配ください。」と書かれていましたが、２階にフロントがあり、チェックイン時間前に到着したところ荷物を預かってもらいました。またチェックアウト時も６時前と早朝でしたが、特に事前に連絡しなくてもフロントの方がおりましたので、スムーズに出発できました。

L’hôtel est très bien placé, dans une rue piétonne et commerçante, proche des principaux sites à visiter et de la gare Kintetsu. Un bémol quand même: l’entrée côté rue et la réception -au premier étage- donnent l’impression que c’est un hôtel moderne et assez élégant malheureusement les chambres - en tout cas celles que j’ai pu voir- sont différentes; elles sont assez vieillottes et un peu tristes par manque de lumière. Donc, finalement, le rapport qualité/prix ne me semble pas bon. Quant au personnel, il est plutôt indifférent comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels mais est disposé à rendre service si nécessaire.
