It's a simple hotel with everything right. The staff was superb, kind and professional. The hotel is just opposite to the Kitetsu Nara station, extremely convenient if you come from Osaka.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Nara and overall had a great experience. Although the room was quite small, it was very clean and well-maintained. The toiletries provided were of high quality and felt great to use. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we had some language barriers, they went out of their way to assist us and used translation apps to communicate clearly. We also booked an in-room massage through the front desk — the masseur was an older gentleman with very strong hands, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. It was also reasonably priced at just 1,000 yen per 10 minutes. Breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient, perfect for travelers heading out early. The location is excellent — just steps from the train station exit, which made getting around super easy. The only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the hallway, likely from some guests smoking in their rooms. But aside from that, the hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Nara!

Staff was pleasant and helpful (but I guess that goes without saying in Japan), good location close to Nara Park and Kinetetsu station. Only complaint is that the hot water would suddenly become completely cold at times for several minutes. Not so bad if you're shaving but really annoying when you're in the shower.

近鉄奈良駅から近くて、直ぐ隣にもコンビニがあって便利です。朝食を用意してくださるスタッフの方々はとても温かく迎えて下さって朝食もビジネスホテルにしては贅沢なぐらい満足しました。室内とアメニティはセルフでフロントで選びますが、清潔でくつろげました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

奈良公園の鹿を見にいくならこれ以上にないくらい最適のホテル。奈良公園まで徒歩10分、東大寺まで足を伸ばしても30分程度で見て回れる。アーケード商店街が途中にあって、食事もお土産調達も短時間でできるで便利。宿泊料金もビジネスホテル並みで、奈良駅周辺のホテルが高騰してる現在非常に手頃で良い、がおかげでいつも満室、予約が取りにくい。 残念ながら朝食が最悪で料理が品切れになっている。朝6：30-9：00が朝食時間だが、8：00前に行っても、炊き込みご飯が終了しました、スープも終了です、煮物も漬物もありません、パンはそこにあるだけです、と本当に全然足りなくなっている。配膳の人に聞くと「あははー、今日はもう無くなっちゃいましたね」とまるでいい加減な対応だ。食事も料金のうちと思うとちょっと酷すぎる。ホテル周辺で朝早く開いている店も少なく、朝食が取りにくい。 宿泊客に高齢者が多く、少ないテーブルで食事の後に談話を始めてしまうので、席が空かない。 宿泊はともかく、朝食がまともに出てこず印象がすごく悪くなった。よほど宿泊の理由がなければお勧めはしない。
