I didn’t have enough cash to tip, and after picking up my bags I overheard comments about not receiving a tip and felt mocked by one of the staff members. It made the situation uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall experience."

"The room is very spacious and clean!! The pool area is great!! An oasis for sure!! I can’t even comment on the casino, you don’t even know it is there unless you look for it. The price to stay is very good! The resort fee per person can be a lot if you don’t get to use the pool and such. The location to walk to the strip is great and safe; as well as to the sphere. Less than 25$ ride in taxi from the airport too. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hôtel had issue with bad odor (sewer) in the room. They came and added some liquid in all drains but it was still smelly a fews later. "

"Parking was terrific. Plenty and close to the lobby. The rooms were much cleaner than we expected. The hallway to the room was very dated but considering what I paid for the room, we are very satisfied."
