"Located in a narrow alley. Cars will not be allowed to enter... You are welcomed by a slew of young guys hanging in the alley who will stare down any woman that passes by shamelessly. Sleazy front desk staff made inappropriate remarks during conversation. Rudely denied to honor any online booking stating he has closed online bookings since last 3 months. However, this hotel shows up on multiple websites. Said he can provide a room for 1200 rupees in cash only. This is not a safe place to stay...

"This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. The price was very competitive at ₹11,000 with breakfast included, and both the service and food quality were excellent. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue I faced was during the booking process. The hotel charged ₹100 to verify my card, which is apparently a standard procedure. However, since I was unaware of this, my bank flagged it as suspicious and blocked my card for safety. This forced me to order a new card, which caused some inconvenience. While this was not really the hotel’s fault, a clear explanation of the process during booking would have helped avoid the confusion. Other than that minor hiccup, everything else was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities met all expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a stay near Delhi Airport. I would happily return and recommend it to others."
