"I always stay here and have done for the last eight years. The staff are very accommodating and understanding.. Rooharb on customer relations is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money .. would be good if breakfast was included "

Clean and great food!

"Good stay in Delhi! Very clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Check in process could have been improved with more attentive staff that should smile more and not dismiss us when we ask questions, they also put in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking - however it was easily resolved. the upstairs restaurant food was amazing for dinner and breakfast plus the manager was extremely nice!"

"I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfort"

"Had difficulty talking to staff. The water heater doesn’t work. Not even water bottle was provided. Breakfast was part of amenities, but wasn’t provided. When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone. "

"Honest, helpful and friendly staff. Property is clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet—had at least 5 different kinds of food. Good tea and coffee. 24hour room service was quick and food was tasty. One thing though I had a hard time connecting to the wifi (even also at the airport wifi— not easy to connect) but was able to connect at the lobby wifi. :) they also have lift/elevators and for me this is very important to know. "
