"The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! "

"Amazing, truly an exceptional cottage. Has everything you could possibly need. Excellent communications. Was met by Sue, the host at check in. She went through everything I needed to know. The cottage is situated opposite the Eagle and child pub. Delicious food, super friendly and great value for money. Will definitely be returning. "

"We have used Hotels.com many times and Sykes cottages a number of times this past year al very good and this was excellent. The booking was easy but the owner of this cottage was excellent in communication and instructions ( Gaynor ) there isn’t enough I could say and we had the privilege of meeting her when she did midweek check on jacuzzi. "This is the second time of staying at Indigo. Its a nice hotel and conveniently located. They offer a discounted rate at the nearby NCP. The bed springs are a bit uncomfortable but overall the room was lovely."

"Ideally placed, a short stroll along the canal into the city centre, great for the bus station. Our room was in the annex over the canal facing a busy road, it was a big room, comfy with tea/coffee toiletries etc. We live on a fairly busy road so the noise didn't bother us, but if you want peace and quiet I'd suggest an upgrade to a canal facing room. Breakfast was good, a great selection. I would definitely stay here again."
