"Excellent room, comfy bed and pillows, great shower pressure and room. Kitchen was very nice with quality pots and pans, starter cooking supplies. Public transportation (with elevator) very short walking distance. No steps to property 2 elevators. Excellent laundry. Very clean."

"Staff did nothing to address the missing curtain in the room. I messaged three days in a row, and noting. Staff were unresponsive, and I did not feel safe in this hotel as a single woman. The windows are large, and there was a missing curtain which meant I had to get dressed in the bathroom, stay on one side of the room, and I was unable to use the room properly - I could not watch TV from the bed at there was no curtain. Staff took a long time to respond to whatsapp messages; they also did not...

"Great location near the S-bahn, nice sized rooms, good hot shower and comfy beds. Plenty of cupboard space, friendly staff and there was a safe in the room which was useful. Only slight issue was that we couldnt get the air con to work and it was pretty hot throughout the night, but the windows opened for a breeze at least. "

"This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing location. The lobby and rooms are both beautiful and large. The rooms are clean and beds are cozy. The one drawback from the rooms is the bathroom offers zero privacy. There's a clear window that looks right into it. So families with older brothers/sisters may not love that part about it. It's perfect, otherwise. We requested a rollaway and it was in our room upon our arrival. The breakfast buffet is honestly the best in town. It's huge and offers just about anything a person could want for breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is steps away from the main train station, which has a direct line to the airport and everything else in Berlin. It's across the street from a park, Lime bike and scooter rentals, 10 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. 20-minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie. There's no reason to get a rental car in this town, especially if you're staying at the Steigenberger Hotel."

"Fantastic hotel. Room was great and had everything we needed for our short stay. Only a two minute walk to the nearest underground stop. We only ate breakfast but it was fabulous and so much choice. Right about a supermarket which was really handy on the Saturday "

"Outstanding hotel - large, modern rooms and comfortable beds, perfect location in the heart of Berlin a couple blocks from Unter den Linden, with lots of shops and restaursnts naerby, close to a bus route that goes to Potsdamer Platz, S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations (lines 5 and 6) which goes to the Central Train Station, and a stop for two of the hop on/hop off bus tours. The hotel also has a pool and a fantastic breakfast buffet, and staff are friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay when visiting Berlin!"
