"Since our daughter lives in Vienna, we stay a bit longer than is comfortable in a hotel. We chose the apartment on Kaiserstrassa because of its location to our daughter and its amenities. It was perfect for us! It was nice having a kitchen to prepare meals, very easy to walk to the grocery down the street (Billa), and a perfect location to grab all the modes of Vienna's wonderful transportation system. We would definately stay here again!"

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Kugel was convenient and close to transportation to all the sights. There were a lot of dining options nearby. Clean hotel, with friendly staff. The hotel itself appeared dated. But it was reasonably priced with breakfast included it was value for money. "

"Great property and easy to find. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the underground subway and less than 15 minutes by subway to the Theater district in Vienna. Great accommodations, I would stay there again! PROS: -The apartment is great the property is fully staffed with all hotel amenities (hotel in the front part of the property and apartments in back). -Local transportation is easy to get to. If I wanted to take the train to the airport it is less than 5 minutes from the...
