"It was great. We arrived a bit confused, as there was a surprise Kraftklub concert at the venue. I expected a calm and quiet vacation with my mom after going to the local spa, but this was better! Security and staff let the very few guest at the hotel "attend" the concert from our window views. The town is definitely mostly car-friendly, and many things are closed for the winter, but the concert was awesome!"

"On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. "Stayed here March 1 & 2, 2026 alone and it was a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and super helpful as well, including recommending a boat tour on the Sunday I was there, which I took and loved! Close to the train station and town, alot of restaurants really close as well. View of the Rhein was very nice!"
