"This hotel is right in front of the bus stop which made it incredibly easy to get public transportation. It’s about 20 minutes to Lucerne. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only thing I would have liked would be for them to have better pillows and a long mirror. "

"Our room with a balcony overlooking the lake was perfect. View was stunning and the room was so clean and updated. We loved having lake access to swim, and the sauna and steam room were an added plus. We had the best dinner service from Carlo and truly enjoyed our time here. "Fabulous position right on the lake and beside the mountain train. Breakfast was a simple continental but quite sufficient. Toiletries were classy and plentiful. The Hotels past was likely quite fancy and a little bit of a spruce up would make her fabulous again."
