We stayed 4 nights at Amber cave suites in the family room. It was very spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge and 4 bottles of water provided daily. Metin was wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast was great. Walking to town, ATMs or a car rental agency were very easy. Metin scheduled our airport shuttle, a private green tour and transfer to another hotel in Kayseri. Communicating via Whatsapp was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful family owned and operated hotel. The dogs are adorable. The food was top notch. The views were some of the best in the area. I'd stay here again. I will say to visit this area you much be comfortable with uneven surfaces and tall steps.

Like all Turkish welcoming people this place was one of the best I stayed at. Gorgeous, clean, safe, very serene. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are very helpful. loved their 2 dogs that are so well disciplined. You must walk high from the main road to reach this hotel. The whole area is mountains but if you have too much baggage you must use a car. Parking is available. I would definitely go back to this place. I wish I could plug in some pictures but I reviewed you on Google.

Amazing stay at Amber Cave Suites. The room was clean and very quiet. The views are amazing and much more than we expected. Metin was in touch before the trip and helped us arrange transportation and ballooning experience prior to our arrival. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to help. I would definitely stay again.

Amber cave suites is a very beautiful hotel. Views are fantastic. You can see hot air balloons flying from your room window. Staff, especially Metin n his uncle were very nice n helpful. One if us had actually left something very valuable in the vehicle when we were dropped off at the airport. I made a call to Metin n he immediately contacted his uncle who had dropped us off to return back to the airport so that we could get our stuff back. Really really appreciated it. Would definately recommend thus hotel.

Very nice and spacious for my wife and me. The room and customer service were stellar. Definitely a good three-star option. Only complaint was that the water was a bit muddy for a few days - possibly due to maintenance.

Matin, Osman and staff from the time we arrived to the time we left we stayed 4 days and the way they accommodated us was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The experience of the caves make you really feel like you’re living in the olden times. The staff treated us pleasantly and always assisted with google translate when needed. My wife and I booked all our excursions from Matin there in the hotel he gave reasonable prices, and had a great company ready to serve us for the hot air balloon and atv ride. If you’re exploring around for cave hotels please book with Amber Cave Suites you won’t regret. Extremely clean hotel, friendly and breakfast has great variety. Shiela and Mars Chow Chow dogs were just adorable to watch from the garden. We spent nights on the garden watching stars as well :) you can see the hot air balloons from the hotel take off at 5am so that was a plus Best, Muhammed Mohideen

It’s not often one’s accommodations are in a gorgeous cave! We had a terrific stay at Amber Suites and would definitely book again if given the opportunity. Staff were friendly and helpful; rooms were clean and well appointed; daily buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. Only slight drawback is that there is little air circulation in the bathroom. We propped the door open with the trash bin to help the air flow. Cappadocia is a must-see! Amber Suites was the perfect locale to enjoy the experience.

This place was so amazing! The place to stay! Not only the terraces and rooms were great but the service was above and beyond excellent! The owner was so caring and nice, he sent us special service to our room and very caring asking us if we needed airport transfer. He definitely made us have a fantastic time in Cappadocia. Super recommended!

Great hotel in great location. The hotel was charming, updated, clean, very comfortable and walkable. Cappadocia has a charming downtown and because this hotel is a cave hotel, it’s only a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Like everyone has said, Metin the manager of the hotel was amazing. He messaged me before I arrived and asked if I need a hotel transfer. Overall great experience and I would return!

We loved our stay! The children thought it was brilliant and the room was so much bigger than it looked on the pictures. We loved the jacuzzi tub and how unique the space was. Buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind. There are so many cave hotels to choose from but we are glad we chose this one.

The best place to stay in Goreme! Perfect location between the town centre and sunrise/sunset viewing point (both near and walkable) amid amidst a plethora of delicious restaurants and cafes, the Amber Cave Suites offer beautifully decorated and comfortable cave rooms with splendid views - including balloon viewing. We had two balcony's, which was wonderfully excessive, extending our experience of the spectacular landscape. Likewise, the bathroom had a waterfall shower and spa bath, which added an unexpected touch of luxury to cave living! Everything was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Daily breakfast is included in the price. There is a lot of choice - all delicious - and this changes daily. The buffet breakfast is located in a room that offers spectacular views across the region and is a great spot to plan your day from. The hotel environment is charming, with many interesting nooks and crannies, artefacts, plants and so on that make the place really special. Metin, the manager, is a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly helpful, so please do ask him to book tours/taxis, etc. for you. You can walk to the Goreme Open Air Museum and to Uchisar Castle, if you are feeling particularly energetic. The Amber cave Suites are perfect in every way. 10/10

We made a right choice!
This place is expensive, but it worths. We were in a family room for four. It was clean and spacious. The facility was not super brand new, but it matched the “caves” feel. The location is good and it is not far away from the main street. As it is in mid hill, so do expect to do a little bit of climbing. We like the breakfast place very much as we could see the hot balloon flying everywhere. The staff helped to swipe the moisture on the windows so that we could view outside clearly. Metin is very helpful. He tried very hard to help us to get the transport to our next destination when we failed to buy tickets for the bus we planned to take. Nice and helpful staff is important! We had miscommunication about the airport transfer, but they resolved it quickly. They also took us to the bus station when we were leaving. There were plenty of different food available in the breakfast too. A good choice for us.

What an exceptional hotel with a great atmosphere and courteous and super helpful staff! They made our stay easy and stress-free. Special thanks to the Owner of Amber Cave suites for his hospitality, sharing your garden and your wine with us. We felt like part of the family, we didn’t want to leave. Loved our cave room, the views from the room, the terrace, the balcony. Loved the area of the hotel full of beautiful plants, cozy sitting areas. Amazing location: Sunset Point and the center of town are few steps away. Delicious breakfast with a great view of town and balloons (if you are an early riser). Got all the help we asked for. Metin helped with airport transfer arrangements. Also, after watching those amazing hot air balloons for two days in a row from a terrace and our balcony (what a fairy tale view), we decided to go on a balloon ride ourselves. Metin did arrange that as well. I really wish I will be back one day. THANKS!!!

An amazing view of the hot air balloons at breakfast plus super clean rooms and incredible service. The hotel reached out to me right after booking about airport transfers and local guide options. I took the Green Tour with my 9 and 12 year olds and they both loved the different hiking experiences. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful cave suites it is the real thing. The staff are professional and ensure all needs are met such offering advice bookings of activities transport. Excellent breakfast and the views from the suits are amazing walking distance from Sunset Point and the centre of town. They are walking trails within easy access of the hotel.
