捷運站旁是方便。睡眠不好的朋友可以再考慮一下，就在捷運軌道旁，列車大概會行駛到凌晨1點多，早上6點多就開始運行。我住的房間就在淡水主要道路旁，車子聲很大。週末我的房間就聽得到旁邊園區（是園區吧？）表演團體的音響轟隆聲。可以帶寵物是非常貼心的事，但如果不習慣毛小孩味的朋友也要把這個考量進去。整棟空間很特別，有電梯，但雜物真的太多了，尤其看到電線雜亂的樣子... 不過，房間是沒有這麼多雜 物。浴室水量大熱水供應。
