"The room was spacious with twin beds and a sitting area. The hotel was clean but dated. It could use a refresh. The onsen was amazing and service was friendly!"

"Clean, Downside: no bathtubs in room. Would have been helpful if we had known beforehand that there was a shared outdoor bath that needed swimsuits. Appreciated the complimentary snacks from 3-7pm. Breakfast - inadequate toaster service, and disappointed that there were barely any fresh fruits except pineapples and frozen mangoes on repeat for 3 days: Laundry - only 3 machines available,"
