"Beautiful, quiet, clean hotel about 800 meter walk from Shinbashi JR train station (optional beautiful above-street walkway between buildings and intersections). Helpful efficient polite staff. We were able to leave luggage for keeping before check in. Only about 18 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. About 30 minute walk to Imperial Palace Park. Walkable neighborhood."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the evening light show. There is also a convenient bus service directly to Shibuya. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Excellent stay in Ikebukuro. Hotel well placed from JR Station. Room was really nice. It was clean, had a great view from the 21st floor and was well maintained with daily housekeeping. Staff was very helpful. I didn't have a lot of questions, but when I did they were very attentive. I would define stay here again."
