"This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff and excellent rooms! I was staying in a triple room with a balcony, and had a great experience. The room is designed to take advantage of a small space, but my friends and I didn't feel like it was cramped at all. There's also a bakery in the lobby that makes some delicious croissants and other baked goods. My only note would be that the hotel doesn't have many dining options outside and even the closest konbini is a 5 minute walk away....

"Capsule is a capsule, not a room. It's ok for what it is. Mattress was a little thin. Can't keep any items in it since it has no door, so keep your stuff in a small locker. Shared bathroom has hot tubs so that's great. Shared lounge / common room was big and fairly comfortable. Most annoying thing was they close the hotel from 10am to 2pm and you can't be there at that time. This should be disclosed in the listing but it wasn't (it is disclosed at the front desk)"

"Good location - 15 minute walk to main Shinjuku station and a subway right next door. The room given on check in was at the front of the hotel and very noisy so we could not sleep, we asked to change rooms and no problem they moved us to the back of the hotel. The room was very small but I believe this is standard in Tokyo. "

"Solid, comfortable rooms and beds. Love the toilet and bathroom layout. Toilet is separate, sink is in same room, but is separate from the shower & tub. There is a nice lounge on the 10th floor with views of the Skytree and there's wagashi & snacks from 3-10. Sodas, juices, tea & coffee. Would have been perfect with a small bar. Location is great, a 7 min walk to the Ginza line, buses nearby, Senso Ji a 10 min walk and a 24 hour Donki & Lawsons & Family Mart around the block. No onsen...

"Sequence was in an exceptional location incredibly easy to find and to get to by train and on foot. The 5pm check in means 5pm and the foyer has a cafe which gets incredibly busy. However, they were happy to check bags on arrival. Rooms are small and simple but have everything you would need. "
