"Spacious room with good facilities but the mattress is a bit too soft and there’s no view from the room because there’s a piece of something outside the window.
Location is close to the JR station but there are no restaurants or cafes nearby."

"Room are clean and spacious. Close to Kyoto Station very convenient and easy access to other area. Hotel breakfast price 3000¥ a bit to high with selections not that much. I like the scrambled egg Omashi "
"Very flash hotel for the price we paid, so many amenities and got our room upgraded for free which was a bonus. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to Kyoto Station, they offer a shuttle to the station every 20 mins as well. To save on rubbish they provide a self serve water and ice machine on every floor and provide a bottle and an ice bucket which I thought was very cool "
"This is a lovely hotel! It is short walk from Kyoto station and near many shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and more spacious than many others we’ve stayed in. "
"Breakfast was great, Onsen was very sufficient and had private and public areas which I appreciate.
Guests on our floor were loud and the walls are thin, but hey, some tourists are like that and it’s not really the hotel’s fault. Everything else was perfect."
