"Excellent traditional Thai hotel with wonderful staff and a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is our fourth visit to this hotel and it remains a favourite. The rooms and villas are very comfortable and are decorated in traditional Thai style which enhances the cultural experience. The restaurants are varied and the food is delicious. You can choose to eat in the beach restaurants where traditional Thai food, Japanese food and international cuisine is available or travel up to the hill restaurant with views over the bay and sea. Breakfast is served in the hill restaurant also which is excellent, varied and very plentiful. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming and they are both efficient and helpful where nothing is too much trouble. In summary, this island hotel is a little piece of paradise which is traditional and comfortable without being excessive. It retains an authenticity which reflects the Thai culture and hospitality. "

"Amazing natural resort, green with animals. Tthe staff was super friendly, very good breakfast with wide variety. Two lovely swiming pools. "

"Nice quiet location, you are able to relax and not think about work. Food is great on the resort or off the resort. Breakfast is amazing. I had my doubts but a solo half day trip to the outlying is a very good deal and much needed. Great way to see the island at your own pace. It could get crowded with other tourists and having a private boat is nice. Go during off season. It’s not crowded and the vide is very chill. Shout to all the staff and Albert who are patient and want you to have a nice and relaxing time. "

"Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended."

"A gf and I stayed here for a few days while visiting, the staff are the real stars of the hotel. Everyone is amazing and soooo friendly. The resort is pretty cool, but does have some areas in need of a small repair or good cleaning. Originally we ended up being put in a room with a joint door and heard our neighbors fight off and on for hours...then leave, come back at 430am and have obnoxious $3x for an hour. We called the front desk at 530am and asked to switch rooms and we're immediately met by the front desk and they put us in a new room. After we slept for a few hours we chatted with the front desk and they upgraded us to a larger suite. Again, the staff are amazing and do such a fantastic job at accommodating guests. The food at the hotel was meh, we tried the buffet breakfast and the pho restaurant and both were mediocre sadly. We had the BEST bartender (this is actually a shout out to the bartender named Best), had a very good chat with them while we hung out at the pool bar. We also got massages during our stay and the ladies were excellent (Candy and Yeah), they don't have a 'spa' per se but a room that has been converted to act as one. Overall the facilities are great and I do recommend staying here. "

"Incredible quiet location with restaurants on beach outside of hotel. Unbelievable sunset and surroundings. Staff, food, cocktails world class. If looking for privacy this is the place. "

"Wow what can I say. First 5 star hotel, as noted with different reviews/stories, we did have a personal butler who helped arrange activities, dining, etc. made the experience so much easier. Of course, the staff was wonderful. Food was exceptional. No beach on property but still very luxurious and resort like. Finally, informed the hotel of our honeymoon stay and got a room upgrade and some other perks. Overall, 10/10, highly recommend this place! "
