It is CLEAN. Bed a little hard but pillows comfortable. Water heater works well. Toiletries provided make the stay convenient. Area is great, walking distance from a market, local shops and of course 7/11. About a 55both ride to the nearest mall. A few English channels. Decent WiFi, enough to stream Netflix and YouTube. Staff incredibly helpful, a map is available at front desk with the directions to the hotel for taxi. We stay here often and will continue to. The area is quiet and completely local. We've never bumped into any other foreigners as often as we've stayed. We personally like that the most about this apartment/hotel. We get to experience local day to day life and activities. Street food in abundance is the best part, usually evening time. Places to get the famous Thai tea just around the corner. Extremely poor hotel…

Quite honestly, there is nothing positive to say about this place. The most concerning was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that had been stuffed with toilet paper and was dripping water...right next to the light! They appear to be building a new hotel but have let this one go to an awful state in the mean time. There is no service, food, anything like that, bed was uncomfortable and I was out of there pretty fast.…Quite honestly, there is nothing positive to say about this place. this hotel is a very good hotel, clean, free coffee 24/7 free breakfast every morning, cheerful courteous staff. however it is somewhat off the beaten path. there is a resto, opposite hotel, great food and cheap, but they do not speak much English and the menu is only in Thai. I did have a great bowl of tum yum kung soup, and a sprite for lest then 100 baht. also as you exit the building go to your right, and walk a bit over 100 meters and there is a really great Resto. called Ossa, it is on the left hand side at the corner excellent food great staff, inside or outside eating. and great price's.. because of the hotels location, I had trouble finding Taxi's that could get me there. here is the solution if you have a good smart phone take the hotel business card and use your GPS, and be sure the driver understands how to navigate with GPS. oh and have them write the hotel phone number on the back of the card, the on that is printed on it is no good. …this hotel is a very good hotel, clean, free coffee 24/7 free breakfast every morning, cheerful courteous staff. however it is somewhat off the beaten path. there is a resto, opposite hotel, great food and cheap, but they do not speak much English and the menu is only in Thai.
