"What a wonderful stay! We decided to spluge a little since Na Balam costs more than the budget hotels we usually frequent. It was worth every penny! Such a cozy little resort with a jungle feel, but you cross the street for your complimentary sumptious breakfast, and right outside the restaurant is the beach! The complimentary beach beds are very comfortable. Beach club servers are there if you need food and beverage, but they are not intrusive. Wanted to mention Melita, who greeted us when we checked in after a horrible travel day. She immediately put us at ease and explained everything that would make our stay enjoyable. After this cool experience, I don't see how we can stay anywhere else in Isla Mujeres!"
