"Lovely hotel; staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a premier king room with balcony; the room was spacious and well supplied with everything you might need. The bars and restaurants of Clarkes Quay are close by. Easy access to boat and bus tours so a good place to stay if you want to make the most of Singapore. Would definitely stay again. "

"Staff were lovely, rooms were clean. While the water park is right next door, it was a shame the resort didnt have its own free pool to use anytime. Great location in that you are next door to a shopping centre , to meet most of your needs, and there is a free shuttle from that Centre to MRT stop. "

"Convenient location. The hotel is right across from Chijmes and Raffles City, so you can take the MRT from Changi to City Hall. It's also within walking distance of 4 other MRT stations as well as several bus stops. The room itself was clean and decently sized. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise comfortable enough."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, can rooms, good views, great roof top bar. Only exception lack of electric outlets in the room to charge your devices, especially bed side. There was one on one side of the bed that unfortunately did not work- a minor inconvenience "

"Room was clean. Love it had minimum carpet area (as c arpet detergent is toxic).Bedding and towels had minimum detergent smell. Hopefully this will improve in the future."
