"Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet with tasty variety of dishes. Pool and gym are well maintened. However this is NOT a long term stay hotel on a solo business trip. The room assigned was directly below a construction room so it was hard to take an afternoon rest after a night of overseas meetings. Staff starts rudely asking on what the purpose of the trip is and ignoring you on dining occasions. Some even whispered vulgar epithets not knowing I now hindi very well. Thanks was a horrible part of a 5-start hotel. Also, the AC gets turned off occassionally and our room smelt mouldy as well moist."

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment. "
