"I was surprised that the front desk staff did not tell me about the spa. If you want people to use the spa, you need to do some upfront marketing for it. Give the people a spa pamphlet about what is available and pricing. I had to ask about it and I got no literature from front desk about it. Plus the TV had no free viewing options. Also, the front desk failed to tell me that the key card makes elevators work. Assuming that people know that is a mistake. Overall, it was a great stay. "
