"The whole process was smooth from checking in till checking out. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Easy walking distance for most places. Couldn’t fault the place for the 2 nights we were there."

"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree. The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries. Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning: The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight. The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation. Would definitely stay here again if I came into town."

"Loved our stay here. Easy check in and check out, helpful staff, clean modern room, nice coffee machine and free water refill. Nothing not to like. Only improvement could perhaps be a mattress topper but that’s minor, overall would definitely stay here again."
