"There were dirty towels and washcloths left in the bathroom when I checked in, and the rusty stopper was sitting in the middle of the tub. The front desk said they would be right up with a key to a new room. 20 minutes later, I went down to the front desk to get the key myself."

"Overall our stay here was ok and the room was clean. There were some stains in the hallway on the carpets and such, but overall ok. HOWEVER, upon checking out we began driving home and got about 1.5-2 hours from the hotel and received a call that a purse was found in the room. We realized my friend I was traveling with had forgotten hers. They took down her name, number, and email in order for her to fill out the form to have it shipped. This call was around 9:30am on 5/31/26. No email ever came, so around 6pm she called and no one seemed to know anything about it. Granted, this was new front desk staffing from the morning and they did send the email. This morning she called back and suddenly it’s not on the premises and no one knows where it is or what she’s talking about. If they weren’t planning to do the right thing, why even call us to let it know it was found?? So, if you stay, beware that if you forget something, it’s likely to disappear."

"The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We wasted our time in Florida. Shampoo and body wash were not filled, not noticed by the cleaning staff during pick up days. Room smelled of mildew."

"First of all. I made my reservation on line and expressed in two areas I needed a handicapped room. Get to the hotel no handicapped rm. Was give a reg room. No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡"

"The room smelled like mold and when asked to please wave the 2nd night, due to each person staying in the room having respiratory problems, "Partel" told us to call wherever we booked our hotel. We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. We did so, got in touch with who we needed to get in touch with, they said they had to ask the hotel to waive our 2nd night, Partel told them no. She mad us call all around just for her to say no. Also, I booked the room for 4 people. They had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rags. When I asked Partel for extra towels, she took her time to call for more towels for me. She was very rude and inconsiderate about everything."
