No one advised us at check in that housekeeping services needed to be requested every day. They weren’t automatic. Throwback to covid for sure. I upped our stars from 2 in the fall to 3 due to the checkin/out generosity. That did not happen last time. Also, fortunately someone texted me which gave me a line of communication so I didn’t have to 100% rely on someone answering the phone "
