Nice place to stay

Clean room, staff was very helpful

It was good and the hotel is clean but. Bit small.

Simple and functional hotel, good due to proximity to airport. Some eating options on a 10-15 min range. It is a bit dated but good . Kettle hair drier available along with a tooth brush . Shower power was good , wifi was a bit tricky, there is a LAN cable but only for the ones using a laptop with LANnport, A public bath on ground floor along with a restaurant.

the room was huge, comes with a big king size bed and a massage chair (husband loves it) especially because we walked a lot. Food is just few minutes away. In the room, they have everything a lady would need (hair straighteners/curlers/hair dryers, make up facial cleansers and alot more including face masks :) It has pretty much everything we need.

The staff was kind enough to refer me to her English-speaking colleague. That reduced language barrier. The male staff was very swift in processing my check-in. He was also very detailed in relating to me the hotel's instruction (esp. not to open the door when the door bell rings - signalling my breakfast is here). The room was spotless, clean and very spacious with lot of amenities (a bit too overwhelming for a solo traveller). I enjoyed both my Japanese and Western breakfasts for the next 2...

The hotel feels very new and chic! I stayed two nights and loved it. Located within walking distance from Osaka Station, as well as Nakanoshima Park which is lovely for a stroll. There are early morning coffee options nearby (Glitch, Brooklyn), as well as a Family Mart just downstairs. The hotel bar is a nice spot to relax in the evenings. Room is spotlessly clean, well designed, comfortable and has good sound proofing. I slept very well. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
