"Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them"

"We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. It was close to Seaworld and Food trucks. We felt safe and the room was really clean. Considering having 2 under 2 i look at the cleanliness and bath tub and i had no worries at all. The staff was also really kind to us and said hi to my babies. We will definitely be staying here agin on our next trip. The only regret we had was not having time to jump the pool. It looked amazing! "
