"Very nice hotel.Will stay again.Its a city hotel so yes the drinks are expensive. Paid £25 for breakfast but it was topnotch. Spa is expensive at £50 for 2 hours. However I went off-peak at 08.00 for £30 which is a bit better. Had 2 requests while there. One for Decaf T-bags and another as we needed toilet rolls. Both requests were met with delivery to room within 10 mins. Excellent service. The whole experience was first class. Thank you"

"Really nice hotel right in the heart of things. From my first encouter with staff to my last, all were very polite and helpful. Small issue in my room was resolved in no time and the place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate recommending for a stay in Manchester. "
