"We loved how clean and quiet the hotel was! The location was only about a 15 minute walk from Nuevo Vallarta beach and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the great stay!"
"Staff members where nice, food was great but kids pools where dirty and not cleaned often, the room smell bad and at some point in the night it would smell like drainage.. room phone was not working well and even after 4 times telling them it never got fixed… "

"All the staff are very friendly and cater to your needs. Bartender Rodolfo and charley took the best care of us everytime! So many great things to say about this place but those beds were one of the most comfiest i have ever laid on! Recommend 10/10"

"This was our second time staying at the Riu Jalisco and yet again it was an awesome stay! The food options are endless with their 5 restaurants. The main buffet provides many of different tastes for some with the urge to try Mexican cuisine to the simplest taste of pizza and fries. The rooms had WiFi which was a big plus as some resorts only have wifi in the lobby/certain area. I can’t thank enough for the staff as they were so friendly and made our trip that much more fun!!! Everyday they had activities such as beach volleyball, soccer, ping pong, darts and many more! If you aren’t one to do activities you can easily just chill at the pool or the beach and have some drinks. Some resorts have really rocky beaches but this beach has soft sand so perfect for swimming! It was just my boyfriend and I and it was fun for us adults as they have the adult party/show later evening but would also be great for families as well as they also had a kids show early evening. Would highly recommend riu jalisco and know for a fact that we will be going there again!!"
