"Chose this hotel because it was close to the MTELUS concert hall. I stayed from April 23-24 to attend a show by The Black Crowes. Even though I often travel to Montreal to attend concerts, I didn't know this hotel at all and I was reallt pleasantly surprised. Clean room, loved having a fridge with a ''kitchen area'' (didn't use the microwave), nice bed, big nice room in good condition The nightly rate was also really affordable. I would stay at Le Faubourg again! Negative points: didn't find the AC/heating controls in the room, so the place felt a bit hot, bathroom showed a tiny bit of wear and tear, but was pretty clean, sketchy characters hanging out close the place. It was a bit creepy coming back from the show late at night by myself but no one bothered me. "

"The hotel is cozy and the front desk is just amazing and polite. Many thanks to Mallory (the front desk guest Manager). She has tailored a quick solution to a note I provided upon arrival and she immediately resolved the issue without hesitation. Also many thanks to the cleaning crew for keeping the room tidy, fresh and clean. They were so friendly and professional. "

"This hotel ticked all boxes and we will definitely be returning for future visits. Staff was most courteous, attentive & professional. The rooms were quite spacious & very comfortable. Our daughter had previously stayed at Hotel D’Armes & recommended it and it certainly exceeded our expectations❣️"
