"Beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed an evening meal at the hotel which was delicious! Can’t comment on breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport. When we left the hotel the lift was not working and the gentleman on reception very kindly came to the rescue and helped to bring down our bags - excellent service. Very convenient for Gatwick - only a 14 minute drive from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Stayed for business. Great location, easy to find via maps and ample secure parking. Easy check-in process and room was pleasant with good facilities. Lovely addition of free parking & breakfast via Expedia. Quality breakfast with plenty of options, fresh coffee and juices. No complaints and would gladly stay again if needed."

"I just stayed for 1 night but my Rome was near a road where cars were zooming up & down so I was kept been woken up by them. The room was a bit small things were crammed in. I had breakfast which was nice but the waitress & the cook were sat in with me talking very enthusiastically in their own language. I wasn’t interested & I wanted them to go away."
