"Really good customer service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere at the hotel. Room itself is good dont need to have any more than that. However some basic amenities were missing: toilet brush/spary, bath mat and also we had three people staying at the room and we had to ask for a third towel and when we did they still only gave us two. One of us had to use the smaller hand towel."
