The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition.

Good hotel esp for families. They have a pool and a gym at the rooftop, BBQ night, decent rooms and its location is near restaurants.

Loud music till 2am
Everything was excellent, except there is a bar across the street that plays loud music till 2am. You won't get a good sleep till past 2am.

Lots of construction. Bad setup for inside rooms as the window picks up the music from pool bar. No directory in the rooms to peruse activities in a Subic(only at front desk).

nice hotel. very clean. staff is very nice.. the bathrooms are nice but very slippery. its a little scary..no grip on the shower floor. if you are elderly or have balance problems like me it can be dangerous.

Hotel is ok.
The hotel is fairly new with the bed very comfortable. Overall, the place is clean. Breakfast is included and very good. Maintenance is not very good, because the shower is all hot water. The toilet sounds like is water is gushing (leaking) all the time. During checkout, beware of losing towels or else they will embarrassed you in front of other guests.

Hotel is walking distance to two nice malls and many restaurants. The exercise room was bad. Both treadmills were safety hazards as I almost fell from the erratic operation. A big turn off is the smell. A seafood restaurant, owned by the hotel, has a garbage issue. The stench from the rotting restaurant garbage is terribly offensive. It is a known problem with the hotel that they haven't addressed in years. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

The only problem we had was with the restaurant manager on Christmas Eve dinner. He avoided us completely after I complained about food still on supposedly clean cutlery twice. Otherwise the staff & food were great.

Hotel quality was mixed. Gym equipment very broken or in disrepair. Wifi was spotty by useable. Ants in the room which staff took care of quickly. In house restaurant, Spencers, was very good for the prices charged. Staff was friendly and numerous. Views from rooftop pool excellent.

Nice property and great service; however, before I could complete my checkout, I had to wait for someone to go up to my room and verify it was in satisfactory condition. I’ve never experienced this type of delayed checkout. Also, the towels need to be replaced because white towels should look white not beige. I did enjoy my stay at this location. The room was clean and there were no bugs. The shower had both a regular shower head and a rainfall shower which was awesome. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The staff here work hard and it’s great to see that. Breakfast...buffet everyday was great! I do wish orange juice was served instead of tang labeled as orange juice. Try the French toast, it is superb.
