This hotel has potential but currently falls short of standards. The first issue was the furnishing and facilities. The rooms booked for four people contained only a small table which served as a TV cabinet and one chair. There was plenty of room, but would have been better furnished with more chairs or a larger table, especially given the room was meant for four people. After check-in, we were also initially provided with a room that had no windows. The front desk was helpful in responding to our request to change rooms. However, once we changed, the second room was not supplied with any towels or toiletries. There was only half a toilet roll left in the bathroom. Another issue was with regards to the timeliness of service. Our booking also included breakfast. There were no instructions as to where to present for this in the morning, and when we asked the front desk, we were told that this would be brought to our room. We waited one and a half hours for the breakfast, which did not arrive despite asking the front desk to check twice, and then promptly decided that it would be faster to check-out and have breakfast outside. In conclusion, the hotel was lacking in aspects of timeliness and facilities. Although the front staff were helpful and polite, the overall quality of service needs to be improved at this hotel.
