There was a different lady that I believe was the manager; we reported the elevator not working and she was rude questioning if we pushed the button as though we don’t know how to use an elevator. Eventually, she came over to assist and realized that all of the elevators were not, in fact, working as reported. She had to take us up in the service elevator. "
