"We found the property to be an excellent base for hiking and exploring the North Cascades Highway. The casino was clean and lively, and we enjoyed the variety of on-site dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. One consideration for guests arriving early: the property strictly adheres to its check-in time and does not offer luggage storage, which may be inconvenient for those wishing to visit the casino while waiting for their room."

"Cozy and Memorable Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful stay at Outlook Inn! The room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the fireplace and the little balcony with a beautiful view. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room also had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and even dishes, which made the stay extra convenient. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I was welcomed with snacks and a little gratitude book, which I thought was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I received a little goodie bag at checkout! It’s those small, personal touches that make a place feel special. The entire experience was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return on my next visit to Orcas Island. Highly recommend!"

"I had notified the hotel of an early check in and they said there was no guarantee because they were booked. Day of arrival the room was ready @ 2:00 p.m. The room was spacious, clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. Breakfast was a plus and the coffee was great. Overall I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. The staff were kind, responsive and professional."
