"We’ll definitely stay here again"

"Room beautiful, spacious and spotless. Upon arrival I always clean the room with disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes and usually there is debris on the wipes or staining after wiping but the wipes were completely clean. The staff was friendly and the amenities were great you really do not have to leave the resort once you are there. They have every amenity to keep you and your family occupied. Big plus was the waterpark ticket entry was included in the cost of room. Ive stayed at resorts where it was an additional cost for the waterpark entry which made no sense if its advertised as an amenity offered by the hotel. They even have a grocery store and restaurants a little pricey but it’s to be expected. My family and I ended up going to walmart and publix which was about 1.5-2 miles away and getting the items needed for our stay. Overall 5 stars will definitely be staying again. "

"We are the staff were excellent. The rooms are nice. Very simple. Comfortable. It's nice that there are so many events happening. All the pools are heated, which is unusual. You really don't have to go anywhere."
