" The first thing i want to tell you is, we arrived at 9pm and there was nothing to eat, no room service, not one restaurant open past 9pm, then on top of that, some of the staff was very rude "

"The room was so hot the ac didnt keep the room cold had a ton of ants in our room on the 8th floor th the fire alarm kept going off during the night and there was no one there in the middle of the night to fix it and it went off again the next night the double bed room included a couch bed which no adult can sleep on and not wake up needing a chiropractor will not be returning the views were nice though"

"What a pathetic place it is. There was a fight in the lobby the second day and I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom flush leaked and flooded bathroom. The place is very dirty and area is not safe and notorious. Wish I did not go with the ratings and did my due diligence. "
