"Spacious rooms, fun decor, and great service. Elevator was out our day but the front desk carried our bags up. Would recommend!"

"Everything about our stay was great, except the pigeon problem. Invading pigeons every time we tried to sit on the patio and pigeon droppings ALL OVER the patio. Other than that, staff was great, service was great, pool and beach great. "

"Hotel Rumbao was so beautiful and in the perfect location. It was very easy to navigate everywhere in Old San Juan from the hotel. The room was very clean and all of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our window view was great! The pool was on the top floor and was a little crowded but we got a chance to enjoy it and the hot tub."

"Shower with no door or barrier on floor only curtain so water leaked all over bathroom floor. We only stayed 1 night so we did not get to use the pool. Pool area is small. "

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air worked great, the shower was spacious, and the inclusion of a mini fridge was wonderful for keeping our bottled water cold!"
