Location was very convenient to many train lines. Front desk was very helpful and hospitable, going the extra mile to help us in some queries. Rooms were comfortable and provided sufficiently for rest and respite. Bathrooms were well equipped. Bed and pillows were sufficiently comfy, best hotel sleep I have had in a while. Temperature settings all managed well too. The added bonus for me was the clothing spray provided which was a great help. Having a cold/hot water dispenser at the lobby of rooms was excellent. Simple facilities on ground floor (with a vending machine, microwave and laundry machines) were great. Would definitely return!

Quiet and excellent location not far away from Osaka Umeda stations.Food a plenty in the vicinity. Room clean and comfortable and Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Will return to stay again when I'm in Osaka again

For the price, it’s a very good place. Conveniently located to food and shopping. Room is clean, spacious for Japanese standard, some of the staff spoke good English and very helpful, will definitely stay there again next time.

Really friendly staff and the hotel was really nice. Clean and really nice breath rooms. AC was good. It was also really close to nearby stations and malls. I would really recommend this place to anyone staying in Osaka!!

酒店經重新裝修後很新淨，房間空間寬敞，足夠平開旅行箱。酒店地下及附近有很多食肆，便利店亦離酒店不遠。交通方面，離機場巴士站不遠，與主要鐵路站距離亦在合理範圍內。 Hotel is new after renovation, room is wide enough to fully open your suitcase. Restaurants can found downstairs and surrounding, and convinient store nearby. Airport limousine station not far away, and major Railway station just in a reasonable distance.

Very close to Osaka train station, room was small but comfortable with view over the station. Breakfast was Japanese but good. So many malls and endless food options nearby. They only give you one small Japanese pillow.

The room was extremely small and very compact. The facilities were clean and modern. The location was ideal. Breakfast was less than desirable. Staff could not update my reservation with my Bonvoy #. I enjoyed my stay, but the surprised was a lot to process at first.

Hotel was in a good area and close to Osaka, Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. Breakfast gave you a choice of 5 options that were all pretty good. Had some issues with temp. Once I figured out how to open the windows it was much better. It was 29 Celsius when I checked in and thermostat was tricky to work with. I’d stay here again.
