施設は結構古そうですけど掃除も行き届いていて清潔感あってフロントの接客もすごく丁寧で且つ大変お安いので大満足でした。大阪城ホールのライブの為に宿泊しましたが大阪城ホールまで徒歩だと20分くらいです。

非常に便利な場所にあり地下鉄出口からも近くてわかりやすい。チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も、荷物預かりをお願いできるので本当に助かりました。 部屋掃除を断っても、替えのタオルを ドアの前に置いてくださるので快適に過ごせました。またぜひ利用したいです。

位置唔錯 exit4一出行兩分鐘就到 今次主要去睇演唱會 去京瓷巨蛋都好近 附近都多野食 酒店感覺比較舊（係用鎖匙開門） 不過價錢算平 可接受 整體不錯 下次有機會再去巨蛋 都會揀返呢間

Great hotel for the price

A little dated, especially with their key system, but the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, they provide plenty of towels, robes, and even some bottled water. The beds are comfy and the largest out of all of the places we stayed in japan. For as cheap as we got the room, I would highly reccomend this hotel. Close to the metro and walking distance to Osaka Castle.

We arrived four hours later than expected but the hotel staff sorted us out. The staff were very good, facility very clean and quiet. The location for us was perfect, central, very close to subway but not too close to busy areas. There was good food and shopping very close. The Osaka castle was five minute walk. Awesome.

Great hotel only one street away from Osaka castle! The room was a little cramped, but clean and the staff was super helpful. One remark; the showerhead was a little low (height 175cm) Also the hotel could not be found via apple maps, so it was a little harder to navigate to the hotel at first.
