This is such a wonderful hotel. It always smelled nice! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even through limited Japanese on my part. It had a lounge area where guests can sit and enjoy meals or simply relax, and that's always a plus. It was in a very quiet area as well. Highly recommended.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. We also had a decent walk to Dontonbori and easy access to food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel and price but breakfast not worth it.

I thought the staff was nice, things were clean. My disappointment was simply the breakfast. I had to pay 1300Y but the food was almost cold, options were very limited and honestly not very good (sausages, soggy patties, rubbery croissant). It was unusual for Japan, that prides itself on food. I’m happy otherwise!

Park Central Sakura is a nice hotel option who want to get away from the loud lights and sounds of Dotonbori. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking or less with a train station 5 min walking either north or south. The rooms sizes are as expected from Japanese hotels, but the beds and sheets are comfy.

Very VERY small rooms. Hotel cleaning staff did not replace sheets, they just made the bed. Left bed dirty when making the beds and we weren’t able to get it changed since front desk closes.

I found the property needed to be cleaned and maintained. I realize that there was an EXPO going on in Osaka but I felt the standards we have come to expect in Japan were not met. I feel terrible in saying this but that was the worst breakfast I have had anywhere I've ever traveled. The eggs were runny and cold and the coffee was really cold, we were completely underwhelmed. We did not return for breakfast after that. The first night we were there was a fire alarm ( about 2;30 am) and we all exited the building because of a false alarm (rather have a false alarm for sure) but they said in a memo pasted by the elevator that the alarm was not fixed and that it might happen again. The best thing about the hotel was the showers, and the room size was reasonable.

This hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff spoke english which made everything very easy. The room was modern and comfortable. There isn’t much room around the beds but we still managed to keep both our suitcases open at all times without making it hard to navigate the room. The toilet being separated from the rest of the bathroom is very convenient for shared spaces. The single beds were roomy and comfortable. They brought new towels to our room everyday. The only thing that didn’t work great is the dryer that is in the hotel. It didn’t dry my boyfriend’s clothes super well so he had to let them air dry. Nonetheless, we are extremely satisfied and we would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for a great price!

This hotel is in between 2 stations that you can easily reach by foot in about 7-10 minutes. Just be aware that you have no sidewalks so it can get cosy in the way there with your luggage and the local cars. The staff was super nice and they held our luggage for us on check-out day. The rooms were clean and had a great bathroom. Would definetly recommend.

A bit far 6-10 minute walk from subway stations. So a lot of options seemed better to just walk it all, but meant 20-30 minute walks a lot. The hotel was nice, clean and the area was safe to walk, so in all it was a good stay, just not the most convenient.
