Hotel 👍Perfect location is a beautiful hotel the room are very small !!! The bathroom are small to but extremely clean the room service cleaning is absolutely as is best perfection Bales but ok costumes service reception is unspeakable exquisite 👍I personally highly recommend for short visits to Osaka 👍👍

The lack of a place to put one let alone two suitcases is disappointing.

Whenever we would put the clean room sign out our bed was always made messy with the sheets not fully tucked in and the cleaning lady would leave some of her long hair on the on the sheets or in the bath tub/sink

2名一泊二日で初めて利用しました。チェックイン1時間以上前にホテルに到着したのですが、その場でアプリからの新規会員登録する事によりすぐにチェックイン出来たのは良かったです。 お部屋はとてもコンパクトで綺麗に清掃されていて良かったのですが、冷蔵庫の上が薄暗くてライトが最後まで分からなかったです。 お水のサービスは無かったので会員登録により隣接するセブンイレブンで使用出来る¥200クーポン券を頂いたので支払いの際に利用しました。 アクセスは四つ橋線肥後駅10番出口から1分もかからない近さで、エレベーターも有りとても便利でした。また、大阪フェスティバルホールには地下道利用で直接行けるので、猛暑の中移動するにはとても良かったです。 また次回利用したいと思います。

The pillows weren't as comfortable. They were very stiff. Pretty tight space room. Breakfast did not have alot of variety. Very limited options and overly strict on their timing. We checked out 25 mins late and they charged us a plenty fee for checking out late.
