Service staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations, breakfast buffet food was amazing, hotel room is cosy and clean with bath tub. I loved my time here!

The staff seemed to have above and beyond to accommodate me. Even going so far as escorting me to a separate coin laundromat outside the hotel so I could wash my clothes. However, I didn't care for the washing machines provided, in that I spent a good 5 hours trying to do my laundry and putting in money, to find the dryer function on their washer-dryer combo didn't seem to work. Everything's else was great. Thank you to the hardworking staff members of Sarasa Hotel.
