I am happy to stay in this newly built chained-hotel, it is very clean, good facilities, modern design, excellent service, very nice and helpful staff, and just 2 mins from the metro station, and 2 stops to Umeda Station. There are a lot of eateries surrounding the hotel with a more affordable price than in the tourist districts and no need to queue. The environment is quiet and clean, very cozy and relax, some other chain hotels are situated there too. I must stay in Smile Hotel again when I visit Osaka again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in all of Japan. Very clean, spacious rooms and very kind, knowledgeable staff. Walking distance to two family marts, one 711 and one Lawson. Very close walking distance to some of the best yakitori restaurants in the country. Also walking distance to two subway stations. Also very nice that they have laundry and dryer for guest to use. Aside from all the amenities, the staff makes this hotel the best.

Very good and reasonable price hotel, staff are very friendly. It a 3 staff hotel but 5 star hotel service provided to the guest. Location is good especially nearby have a 24 hrs Japanese restaurant facing the main road. Thanks to the manager and his team member great hospitality.

Nice, roomy, clean room with very reasonable pricing. Friendly and courteous staff. Close by to convenient stores. 10 minute walk to JR train station. Will definitely book again when traveling to Osaka.
