"Room was generally clean and tidy but cleaners need to also check under beds in between bookings, as my wife found a discarded empty small box, after she dropped something herself whole packing to leave. The beds were comfortable but there were some wear and tear issues, with some carpets and furniture in need of replacing or repairing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and check in and out were easy. With the number of hotels available, I would most likely stay somewhere else if I visited Las Vegas again."

"When trying to call housekeeping the phone did not work. Tried several times and only the speaker part worked on the phone. Some of the tv channels did not work. One channel had a movie on, but music was playing over it. Two channels you can hear the sound, but no picture. When trying to check out the tv, that did not work."

"I stayed at the Sahara Las Vegas while in town for the BTS concert, and honestly the location turned out to be perfect. Being at the end of the Strip was actually super convenient because we were able to hop on the freeway easily and avoid most of the traffic on the Strip. Even when we went exploring, everything still felt close by. The room itself was great as well. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. Another thing I loved was that I couldn’t hear my neighbors at all, which is definitely a huge plus for me. Also, the free parking was the best! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. I texted them because the hair dryer in my room wasn’t working, and they sent a replacement up ASAP, which I really appreciated. Between the convenient location, easy parking, clean rooms, and amazing staff, I’d definitely stay here again"

Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

"I stayed two nights. First night my room got downgraded to a manor because they didn’t have the room I booked available??? I’m not sure how that happened if I prepaid for my reservation. The room was clearly lower quality, a further walk for me and my family, and had a slight smell upon arrival. The next morning I went to try to get my actual room and they upgraded our room. I reached out to Expedia and they helped me get in contact with the hotel because I was trying to get a reimbursement for the price difference of the room during the first night. Circus Circus denied. I’ve always stay here and I’ve never had an issue until this past weekend. I’m very disappointed."

Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

"Stayed at Treasure Island and my experience was just okay overall. The rooms were decent, but the cigarette smell was very strong everywhere not just in the casino, but even in the hallways and room areas too. I understand casinos usually smell like smoke, but it felt like you couldn’t escape it no matter where you walked. There was also construction being done in the halls during the stay. Our toilet was also broken during the visit. We also asked about a military discount because we were told they offer one, and the receptionist acted like he didn’t really want to help or be bothered with it. I understand everyone can have rough days, but the customer service could’ve definitely been better. We are not obligated to it one bit, but he could have been a little kinder."
