The hotel grounds are stunning — extensive, beautifully maintained, and nestled deep in nature. It's a joy to relax by the pool while taking in the steep, tree-covered cliffs that plunge into the river gorge below. The breezes are wonderfully cool and fresh, never chilly, thanks to the warm sun. Service was impeccable — attentive, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic. All the staff were wonderful, especially Sumi and Dewi, who went above and beyond. The Mat Pilates class was excellent too. Ubud itself was quite crowded during our visit, which made us appreciate the hotel's own offerings even more — two pools, three restaurants (the Western food was particularly good), and cultural dance performances every single night. We left feeling completely refreshed."

Very unhappy with pool policies. Young children as 3 years in adult pool unsupervised by parents. Guests putting towels on chairs and occupying chairs for others as early as 6am. Spoiling the holiday."
