"This hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street of Venice, but close to the Rialto bridge and tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with a map of Venice and helpful suggestions of sites to see. The rooms were very clean and the AC was great! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!"

"Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport. "

"The #1 reason for us choosing this hotel was for the convenience of the water taxi transfer from Airport, dropped us right at the hotel’s door. But there is also a water bus that takes you just beside the hotel if you’re looking for a cheaper option. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again)."
