"We had to extend our stay by two nights due to Hurricane Lala. The staff was very accommodating and took care of their guests during a power outage. They went door to door handing out flashlights and checking on everyone. They kept the hotel restaurant open for take-away dinners (cash only) and had the buffet breakfast ready the next morning (the power came back on in the middle of the night). We felt very safe and cared for during a challenging time for the island. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean and amenity is very nice. You can have water, coffee and tea any time you want from the reception area. The property was very hot and it took time for AC to start working."

"This is a dated property. But the staff make up for it. The amenities are solid. The power went out but that was due to the hurricane. They didn't have a generator. That needs to be addressed. I would stay here again."
